Any know how to use Sopcast to get the game??

I am stuck at work and wanna watch the game online, I have read you can do it with sopcast. I have downloaded sopcast but I am having problems getting it to work.

Any help would be awsome...

Thanks Nick.. It looks like I am having a problem login into sopcast. Should I register or go as anonymous? I registered already but It keeps telling me that I cannot connect to sopcast.

log in as anonymous. if it doesn't work than delete it and redownload it

delete sopcast and redownload it. then sign in as anonyamous
 
I wonder if my work has a firewall bloack on? I can get so much other stuff but this isnt working. I clicked unblock everything as it was trying to block content.
 
Ok I can see the picture but man I am getting a weird echo/reverb that makes listening just terrible? any advice?
