If you don't have Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, you can do this:
When you're on the page of the photo you want, you can hit the "Print Scrn" key on your keyboard. Then, open Microsoft Paint (All Programs > Accessories > Paint) click "Edit" and then select "Paste" from the menu.
Once the page is in the paint program, use the rectangluar "Select" button. From there, you can select the part of the page to be closer to just the picture you want, instead of the entire webpage. Once you have selected, right-click and select "Copy" from the list.
Then, click "File" and then "New", right-click and "Paste".
That's it!
You can probably also request the photo you want and someone with one of the other programs (Adobe, PSP) can snag it fast for you without going through all that.
