Anyone a mechanic?

My keyless entry quit working on my driver door on my 2009 CTS. It doesn't work via keyless entry nor the unlock button on the fob. The driver door doesn't lock while sitting inside the car and hitting the lock button on the door itself either. Keyless entry DOES work on all other doors and the trunk so I'm pretty certain the actuator is my issue.

I am looking to buy the actuator separately and then get quotes from various repair shops to install it for me.

Does anyone know the part number that I should be looking for?

This says it's compatible with a 2009 Cadillac CTS.
