Anyone Been To Argentina?

My parents own a timeshare in Aruba and part of the bonus program is a ton of points to use around the world.

I've heard great things about the women as well as the culture in Argentina and was wondering if anyone has been, and can recommend the best location to go for fun in the sun and fun meeting pretty girls? Also, I've heard the food is pretty incredible too.

Ive heard generally good things about Argentina but there are many areas especially in the larger cities that are pretty crime riddled so you might be very careful and aware of your surroundings.

That won't be a problem...I'm one of those guys that scans a place for all egress areas/exits and sits facing the door.

Know this, much of Argentina is anti-American and they can be quite ugly about it. Be careful about letting it be known that you are an American. I have a friend that owns a home down there and lives there for 3-6 months a year.

I know a guy (from the U.S.) that lives there and I have a couple friends that went recently on a honeymoon and they all rave about it. I'm sure it's like any other place in the world -- if you stay in the cities, it's fine, but if you venture out into non-tourist frequented areas, it will get sketchy quick.
