Anyone know how to download an American Idol episode?

I'm looking for tonights episode. (not for me... for my girlfriend... : )

Its funny because Ive casually followed it all along but was anticipating catching the last couple shows in their entirety and, of course..., I missed tonight's episode.

I'm sure there's a million places to dl it for a small fee and/or membership but I was just wondering if anyone knew of a place to dl it for free w/o any hassle.
