Anyone know of any good Sec+ 501 practice exam software?

I had the 401 cert but let it expire. The place I worked at that time had two or three practice software applications that I used over and over to prepare.

Now I have to get Sec+ again but can't find anything like what I used before. Everything seems to be web-based that I am finding. Do companies still make exam practice software?

Everyone makes web based stuff these days because it's easier to keep it updated. Besides, you don't have to worry about application support issues beyond supporting browsers. Some people have some screwed up PCs and people like to blame software makers for those issues when their software won't work on that messed up PC.

Do you have some apprehension about using a web based test?

No apprehension. Just was looking for something that didn't require always having an internet connection. Lots of blocked sites at work.
