With only 5 openings I would doubt it. I'm not sure KM has done much to help his stock this year, and there are a ton of hot coordinators out there along with Sean Payton & Harbaugh. I also wonder if there are any teams out there that would consider trading for McVay?

Just seems like a bad year to be gunning for a HC gig unless we see some more coaches let go.

we have talent on the field but lack severely in coaching talent…

Really? Because the media as well as everyone in this forum didn’t think this team was good enough to win 12 games this year.

So now we are mega-talented and just being held back by coaching.

I think Jerry would like to keep the band together one more year. Changing staffs after next season would coincide with being able to move on from QB. New coach could have input into rebuilding plan.
