Nah, that wasn't a pick. He never had control of the ball and then it touched the turf so that's incomplete. Hope this comes out well but here's 2 pics from 2 different angles showing the ball on the ground. If you have the video, the ball rolls over Reid's forearm to touch the ground before he scoops it up from the side. In the second pic, you see his hand is to the side of the ball and there's no way that ball is not on the ground if that first pic wasn't convincing enough.

Here's my own version of an NBC EE IT close up with that interception. If you follow the nose of the ball you see that it does hit the ground. Remember that Reid never fully gained control of the ball until after landing and rolling around so the ground kills the interception on the spot. The ball can touch the ground provided you already have control. Reid did not.
