I hope Bill P. sticks with Romo because Bledsoe just sucks...

Bledsoe can be the most accurate QB there ever was, it does no good if he cannot get the ball off or won't.

Bledsoe is Gun-Shy!! He takes way too long to look at one receiver (T. Glenn) let alone the whole field looking for the open man. He has no sense of pressure anymore. He doesn't know how to throw the ball away. He throws very badly under pressure, some leading to interceptions. He is sixth all time for being sacked. He is a statue in the backfield. He runs like a tank. He looks down receivers.

Time for Romo, and that is plain to see. We are not going anywhere with Bledsoe, so maybe Romo can.

It sounds like every other take I have read today on the side of Romo and I happen to love it! :)

Considering the hordes of "bring back Bledsoe threads" that have been started, I think it was a necessary and unique take.

 ;)

I've seen plenty of anti-romo "there goes the season" rhetoric on this board. Great Thread!

That's the point. They don't exist. ;) Neither does a strong "Bring back Bledsoe" sentiment. But this is a great thread for repetitiveness.

There are few who are mailing in the season. But any trashing of Romo's play last night is well founded, and is not anti-Romo, so much as it is anti-complete-suckage.

When did you start making so much sense?

I'll wait and see what happens next Sunday before I decide to jump on the Romo bandwagon.

As Mickey said its lie a presidential debate. If you were for Romo before you will spin the story to benefit Romo just as you would if youliked Bledsoe.

Personnaly I am confused. I do not like the 3 INT's, however I do not think Bledsoe is the best answer when the o-line sucks so bad.

I am also torn becuase starting a new guy somewhat tells me we are giving up hope on the original plan and it may not be our best bet.

I dont care if Romo struggles the next month, the fact of the matter is bledslow was sucking it up just as bad and we would have wasted another season by sticking with him like we did with old man vinny. Romo will learn from his mistakes, he will have the occasional blunder but he will still be solid and will give us a much better chance to win than bledslow

Like Jimmy Johnson said, teams are always drooling at QB's like Drew.
Why is that teams don't blitz Peyton/Farve/Elway? They are afraid that if they avoid the blitz, the team will get burned for a long gain (remember eagles game?). If Drew showed that he could burn these teams that are blitzing him silly, these teams would back off and give some breather to the OL and I haven't seen Drew do that at all (may be 1 in 10 times?)

Before the game, Strahan was quoted as saying that he couldn't wait to face off against Bledsoe. I doubt he says that against Mcnabb. This change had to be made. Regardless of how it turns out.
