I know they have sanctions, lost some scholarships etc but should they really drop that far? After all, unless players don't go there due to sanctions, the lost scholarships are like on 4th stringers etc

I wonder why the golden domers aren't on the list

where USC will be in trouble will be depth. They can still probably get a lot of top players until Kiffen starts to lose. But the scholorship limits will hurt them when trying to "reload" or if they have a large number of injuries.
