So the Giants consecutively beat us at our place, Lord Favre in Lambeau in -20* wind chills, then finally the only team to ever go 16-0 (and that was being called the best team of all time)... But they weren't really that good.

I will add that no Tiki or Shockey allowed Gilbride to get through to Eli. They were interrupting/sidetracking Eli and his focus.

This is a pretty good point IMO. The Giant teams of the past were dominated by some pretty strong personalities on offense. Last year was really the first year, IMO, that Eli could be viewed as the undisputed leader and actually have his team believe it. Good point Mick.

Yeah and then Tiki "big foot in my mouth" Barber makes fun of Eli and says he couldnt be a leader because he was not taken seriously..... uh, yeah... except that when it mattered most... Eli did what he had to do to help the team win the game.

Let me respond to the "we lost last year in the playoffs" . It's simple, our D-Line has to dominate, and we didn't dominate like we should've last year. If your D-Line can't get into the faces of QBs, hang it up.

And this is exactly what the Giant's defense did last year, all the way to the Lombardi Trophy.

I see some simularities between the Mavericks and Cowboys, they both are soft! I have not seen a mean streak attitude on the Cowboys for awhile and this really bothers me. Just sayin...........

But to answer the question. No they are not soft, they get pretty mean sometimes and have gone on nice runs. Like last year that NFC east stretch We played and won all of them. It was a nice streak.

But in the playoffs they have shown to be mentally soft...That is a problem that needs to be corrected if We want a SB in Dallas.
