"We're sitting here with no wins in three games and we are playing the hottest team in the NFC, maybe all of football right now," Linehan told the Rams' official site. "If we keep our minds right, it will be the greatest win we've had since we've been here. That's the only way you can be."

Including the postseason, the Rams have won each of their last four games in Dallas, where they haven't lost since a 29-17 defeat Oct. 18, 1981. They beat the Cowboys 20-10 at Texas Stadium in the teams' last meeting Jan. 1, 2006.

this is what Linehan said, and are you guys or the cowboys players forgetting what they did to us on jan. 1, 2006? then beat us in that game, and they were hooping and hollering too, to me it should be a payback to them, there should be no way the cowboys forget what they did to us on that day.

Once the Commanders beat the Iggles that afternoon, our playoff chances were over. That Ram game was meaningless.

I understand what you're saying, but four hours before the game, all the playoff spots had just been clinched and the players had kind of lost motivation.

That was an interesting game.

Bledsoe earned my respect that day.

yeah, but the way the rams whooped and hollered, like jeering in the cowboys faces, the cowboy playes should remember that, so in that regards i am saying their should be no let down on the cowboys part.

next, its true you cant take the rams lightly, they are like 4 in offense, like 350 or so a game in yardage, then can move the ball, and they have a decent defense, none of their key defensive players are hurt. So, to me, this should be the statement game, go out, beat the rams, prove it, and pay them back for last year.

even their head coach linehan is saying if they play their game, and go out and win this game, then this will be the biggest win they have ever won. That to me, should be another incentiive, youve got a chance to kick sand in the rams face now, and dont let them up either, let them have it, and wished they never came into texas stadium this sunday.

Where have you been hiding lately? I like the new av.

I say we kick the snot out of them and not leave anything to chance. :spanking:

Spank them Rams! :chainsaw:

They should be a good test for our defense, but with all of their injuries we should still take them fairly easily if we play like the first three weeks.

Was that when Drew Bledsoe was our QB and Torrin Tucker and Rob Petitti were our OTs?

Ouch, yeah, I forgot about that. Thanks for reminding me.

:shoot3:
Thats what I say, kick their butts alll over the field, make them sorry they gloated about beating us last year.:laugh2:

its kinda like i read an article recently, by a sports writer, good teams, when they have you down they put you away, like dallas did teams in the early 90's, you put them away,
:lmao: :banghead:

Yeah-some guy named Leonard Little just SCHOOLED RP.

Really though-so what that we were already eliminated-they were playing with a no-talent backup QB, an over-the-hill Marshal Faulk, a coach who had lots of experience as an assitant, but NONE as an HC, etc, etc-but they nonetheless schooled us in every facet of the game-pitiful.

That's a commonly used entry found within The Official Non-Cowboys' Head Coaching Handbook. Paragraph 2, Subsection b reads as follows: "...do not recite to your players as motivation if Jerry Jones is your boss". Coaches swear by it.

Different game.
Different team.
Different coach.
Different OC.
Different DC.

Different Attitude.:spanking:

Things are just "Different" ;)

Seriously, what does that have to do with Sunday's game?

So we're due to win. No need to worry, have faith.

We're bound to lose at least 2 games anyways this season so it wouldn't be the end of the world if we lost. 4-0 would be great! but 3-1 ain't nuttin' to sneeze at. We'll win alot of games. I'm not worried.

Sure the Cowboys were out of the playoffs. The Rams were also out of the playoffs and they somehow found some motivation to kick our butts.

Dallas has a history of losing those "non-motivated" games.

The Rams had been out of it for awhile. A big difference between being knocked out hours before a game and weeks earlier.
