I have held on by a string the last 5 years hoping at at some point Jerry and Stephen would get tired of losing. I thought at some point Jerry would realize his chances of ever seeing his team win another Super Bowl are quickly fading and he would go all in. Sadly, I was wrong.

As an out of state season ticket holder I cut back on taking trips to watch the team I loved since a kid. Instead I started selling off my ticket to those much more interested in seeing the team then I was. I lost interest in spending my hard earned money on trips to see a mediocre team year after year.

This hire, and the lack of even the appearance to want to “do better” proves to all Cowboy fans that Jerry has lost all desire to win a Super Bowl for not only his fans, but more importantly his players. Someone on X said it best….”For real. Jerry has no clue how valuable the Cowboys would truly be if he just put a serious team out there and won a couple more super bowls. I puts just enough out there to keep butts in the seats.”

I’ve seen more and more that its fans from other teams buying the ticket for a chance to see their team in our stadium, rather than Cowboy fans wanted to see their Cowboys. I should have sold my season tickets years ago. I’m afraid I waited too long and I’m going to have to hope fans from other teams want to watch their team in our stadium. I finally think most Cowboy Fans see clearly that the Jones priority is not winning superbowls but instead proving that it’s the Jones way or no way.

30 years of history has shown that recipe is a failed recipe and nothing is going to change.

Sit tight. Stephen likes our guys and Jerry thinks we're real close.

I totally agree.

In the case of the Cowboys, this is a great argument for the separation of Owner and GM roles
The owner can worry about business/marketing, making money etc...while the GM can work with football operations/scouts/coaches to field the best possible team within the salary cap limitations....

...just wait when Shotty, gets us over the hump. You'll regret riding of tickets.
:p
I have the luxury of selling off my tickets to fans of other teams who want to visit Jerry’s Circus and watch their team play. But can you imagine the poor players who only have a couple years left of their career and they know those years are being wasted by Jerry’s ego? What free agents will want to come here with this circus?

8 total games this year for us home and away. We will not go to any more until there is a turn around. Call me a fair weather fan all you want . Thousands upon thousand upon thousands spent on everything from the seats, the airline tickets, the food, the merch, etc. All great memories with friends and family, but that’s not what I expect for my hard earned money. It’s not what I pay Jerry for! I refuse to now give that money to SJ and Triple J. They can get it from daddy.

I know the feeling. At this point I would rather sell my tickets to opposing fans. I want to see Jerry’s face when the stadium is full of Eagles and Commanders fans. Maybe Jerry will wake up when he realizes opposing fans aren’t buying his merchandise. At this point it’s the only hope we have.

I'm with you. I remember your username from the really old message board days. It's a shame so many long time fans of 30,40 and 50+ years have gotten to this point - all because of the owner.

Jerry don’t care which fans are in the stadium, as long as seats are full and concessions stands are humming, it’s all good.

Opposing fans money is green too, LOL
