and to be honest, I don't really care. I will say losing Kitchens bothers me a little bit, but I am not sad about any of the other departures.

I wish ESPN would fire Michael Irvin.....I want him as our WR coach. WHY? He is a student of the game. He was a workout warrior. His passion and heart for winning and the game is off the charts. You want intensity, Michael Irvin. He was a great route runner and practiced hard. He expects excellence. He commands respect. He bleeds Blue and Silver. I think he would be an excellent choice to be our WR coach.

As for TE and RB coach I am not sure who I want.

Mike does not seem the type of guy who is going to put in the long hours required by a coach. I think he is quite happy being in front of the camera not behind the scene

yup. you nailed it.

I disagree. I think he would be willing to be a coach for the Cowboys and Jerry. I doubt he would ever want to be the HC....but I could very well see him being a WR coach.

Bring in D Wood to coach the safeties....he would be an awesome choice. Afterall, he was the QB of our defense for a handful of years. He was responsible for the defensive audibles. I think he would make a very nice coach.

Bring in Ken Norton Jr. to coach our LBs. Too bad Dat got a job already, he could have been the Asst. LB Coach.

HC - Norv Turner

OC/QB - Jason Garrett
WR - Michael Irvin
RB -
TE -
OL - Tony Sparano (ugh, but he is already here)

DC - Ron Rivera
DE - Charles Haley
DT -
LB - Ken Norton Jr.
CB - Todd Bowles
S - Darren Woodson
