It does make me feel better than he missed the first kick and then hit six straight. That tells me he settled in. We'll see if he can keep that going now that he got his first game out of the way.

Also he looked very smooth and effortless on the kicks. A few dead center.
Can’t underestimate the conditions or hold on the first one. Plus, looked like some penetration that caught the corner of his eye probably.

The first xp was obviously ugly. Something slipped or he just hit it wrong.

Considering the weather conditions and being his first game, I'm ok with that first miss, especially after he made 6 of 6 following that.

The missed FGs were both 50+ yards out, and one was blocked. As long as Aubrey keeps drilling em right down the middle it's a total non discussion from a Cowboy standpoint, but Maher might end up being a steal for LA.
