I have no idea if his coaching method will work in the NFL, but I do know that if I was playing for him I be ready to go 110% every time out.

1. We go out and hit people in the mouth!
To me that says that you must step on the field and show the other team you want this game a whole lot more than they do.
2. We are not a charity, we do not give them the game.
To me that says that having silly penalties, lack of effort or lack of discipine are not acceptable at the NFL level. Are they going to happen? Yes, but they can't be happening on a consistent basis or changes need to be made.
3. We execute!
To me that says to get the job done no matter what it takes. No excuses, just get it done!
