The avatar restrictions are 100px X 100px and no more than 19.5K. I don't think there is anyway to get that animation down to under 19.5K from 126K.

I had to cut quite a few frames out and reduce the colors a good bit as well...

If you don't like the way it turned out, don't feel like you have to use it...
