Babe said what I been thinking about Baker Mayfield. He has maturity issues. A little bit of Johnny Manziel in him from that issue.

I think Mayfield could be a bust or boom type QB, but most likely just a QB, not great, but not horrible, but will need that surrounding team like Wilson had in Seattle.

His ceiling is Jeff Garcia imo.

Floor is Manziel.



As far as Garrett vs Gruden I like neither and I wouldn't want either coaching Dallas.

Gruden does have a cool personality but I hate his offensive scheme. Maybe he changes it.
