At WR: Royals would be very nice. Doubt we will have a shot. Bond is incredibly intriguing but a no for obvious reasons. Ayomanor is rumored to have some medicals. Restropo is about as fast as Tyler Booker. Tez Johnson is a great player I fully expect to pick up in UDFA. Horton is probably the best option left there. None of these guys are 2WR on this team.

There is starting to be value in these LBs. That's still a need for us too. Same goes for S and DT--some solid DTs out there.

RB still stacked. Would take any of Giddens, Tuten, Martinez, Sampson, Etienne, James, Gordon, Brooks. Any of these guys are basically day 1 starters here.

I think they will. Might as well go all in on that strategy now.

It makes it more tolerable when you think of this as a long-haul investment in improving, not just for next year.
 
If Shed drops into the 5th, will Jerry go for it? He add to the circus atmosphere and create the buzz the Jones boys crave.

Unfortunately we have 47 pucks ahead of us
Most of these guys will be long gone
 
Obviously, we need RB. WR is basically not an option right now, outside of Horton and Royals, all jags IMO. But there are some solid DT, LB, S prospects out there.

RB: Sampson, Neal, Tuten, Martinez, Giddens, James are all day 1 starters here. You could even argue Brooks, Gordon, Etienne. Nice role players in Blue and Smith.
DT: Farmer, CJ West
LB: Paul, Simon, Mondon, Stutsman
S: Bowman, Mickens, Reed, Ransom, Castro

Wouldn't be surprised if we went LB then RB in 5. Sleeper if one of those top DTs fall.

The issue is most of them if not all of them could be gone before we pick
They are all rated in top 39 BAP ranked
We pick 48
If one of them falls , great !
But can’t count on that

That is such a bummer. The quality of the first 25 players is way better in the WR, DT and RB categories.

Hopefully Mingo is worth it.

There will be a RB in the fifth round. It won't be one of the talented ones like Tuten or Giddens or Sampson. But Brooks, Gordon, James--I'd say there's a decent shot.

If I were the team, I would try like hell to trade up and get one of Giddens, Tuten, or Martinez. Unforunately, I think they're going to keep their picks in an effort to fill the roster with cheap players and pet projects.
 
This late in the draft it is hard to say who will be there when the Cowboys pick in the 5th. But I would Bassa, Buchanan, Blue, Nazir Stackhouse, or even Etienne. But I think these guys are all depth players. Not having a 4th really hurts in this draft.
