In your opinion, who are the best Run Defenders in the 2025 draft. If you feel inspired, post a video along with the player.

I haven't done much homework as far as watching film this year, but looking to get semi-up-to-speed.

At DT, I'd make the case for Mason Graham. He's not big enough or long enough to two-gap - that's why Michigan kept Kenneth Grant on the nose- but when Graham is 1 on 1 in the B gap, he basically never loses reps.

Shout out to Grant as well. In the Michigan vs Ohio State game, the two faced an OL full of future NFL players and stonewalled them all day. They're both about as good as it gets.

At DE, I'd say the best run defender is easily Mykel Williams, but he does play kind a contain role that helps with that.

I like Kenneth Grant Michigan and Derrick Harmon Oregon at Defensive Tackle both of these guys are stout at the point of attack, at the line of scrimmage. And at Defensive End I like Shemar Stewart Texas A & M and Landon Jackson Arkansas ,these are big athletic guys that can stop the run,and also put pressure on the QB.

All stellar run defenders (Harmon my fav) and would help Dallas up front. I ask the question, if Mykel Williams is a good pick to some ppl, wouldn't Landon Jackson be a even better value at 44?

I think Dallas could trade down in the 20's and pick Derrick Harmon and get that 4th round pick back.Yes Landon Jackson would be good value at 44 and these two would make the Dallas front 7 Lethal right from the start.

I feel like we have Landon Jackson in Marshawn Kneeland. If we're going to add a DE, let's add one with pass rush pop, but where we need help stopping the run is at DT.
