With Jerry we will never get a better coach. Back to back twelve win seasons is be than Jason ever did. Draft a new Qb bring in WC offense and we are good.

i think mike has done a great Job here and I also want Kellen Removed and if not removed then supervised properly

there should be no reason we get the ball after a turnover and he pulls out the double reverse

Mike was the an effective play caller when he had Arron freaking Rodgers so there’s that massive advantage…….he Should just do the same with Dak…..should get the same results.

The problem is we really do not know how good Mike McCarthy is at this point.

We do not know how much of the credit or blame he deserves for the Cowboys wins and losses.

Quinn's defense won several games over the last couple of seasons.

Despite questionable playcalling, Kellen Moore's offense won several games over the last couple of seasons.

Would that have happened if the Cowboys had another head coach?

Would that have happened if McCarthy kept his first choice for defensive coordinator in Mike Nolan?

Is McCarthy a good coach?

.. or is he smart enough to surround himself with talented coaches to make himself look good?

.. or is he the brains behind everything and simply helped make the other coaches better?

I like McCarthy and for the first time since Parcells, I actually like watching the Dallas Cowboys head coach press conferences.

I just hope he turns out to be a vital piece of the equation and not just another footnote of failed coaching experiments in the post-Jimmy Johnson life of the Dallas Cowboys

Big Mike kept this team afloat when 99% of the population (including Cowboys fans) wrote this team off post week 1.

Don’t forget that.

I think surrounding yourself with good coaches is one of the things that makes someone a good head coach.

I agree, but his first choice for defensive coordinator was Mike Nolan.

I applaud him for replacing Nolan, but I also question him for hiring Nolan in the first place.

Agreed. No question.

It’s really interesting. Hiring Nolan was one of his biggest mistakes. But then firing him and hiring Quinn was an amazing hire.
