Bledsoe should have patted the ball more.

I think Greg Williams blitzing schemes caused the Cowboys to push Bledsoe to get rid of the ball quickly in order to avoid sacks and possible turnovers.

the problem I noticed was that Bledsoe was throwing the ball quickly without scanning the field for other possible targets.

On the 4th down where Terry Glenn came up short, it appeared that had he waited another second Witten was open past the sticks.

greg Williams got in their heads.

maybe we will learn from this. :star:

Totally agree that Williams got into Bledsoe and BP/Payton's heads.

It was obvious when we had him rolling out on a pass play.

Their defense dictated what we did....and it makes me sick.

Maybe the D should not have allowed two wide open Moss passes to go for TD's. Maybe somebody should have given Moss a bloody mouth after the first one and disrupted him at the line?

So, now Bledsoe throws too quickly and doesn't look the field over?

Agree 100%. On one occasion, he had time but just threw the ball away. Making him a bus driver instead of a play maker cost us the game. Lets also not forget Cortez missed FG, always (5 or 6 times) throwing short of the first down marker, and that BS holding call on Flozell. While we are at it, allowing Brunell to get 23 yds on 3rd and 27, letting a receiver get behind you on 4th and 15, and finally, biting on the same play twice.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. :bang2:

The throwing short of the first down marker is because that was what the defense was giving. No one would have been open past the down marker. The Skin's D was right there to make the tackle everytime. I am sure that Witten would have gotten across the line if he could have, but it just wasn't there!

That was not a QB problem, nor a coaching problem, but what you can expect from a great defense. Give them credit. They played a solid game.
