Wow. One of the best coaches of all time. In seems like every day there is another death from my youth. R.I.P. Coach.

I know I'm here in Lubbock went to Texas Tech. In the last year both Mike Leach now Bobby Knight dies.

Knight is a legend. Period. From a different era but an undeniable legend of the sport. RIP to the General.

As a boy growing up a Wolverine fan and eventually graduating from Michigan, I hated his guts for a long time

In my later years my opinion changed and I developed a deep respect for him as a coach and also as a man.

He had his quirks and faults as we all do, but we could use a few more Bobby Knights in this world.

Old school, disciplined, hard nosed, throwback type of guys. I never thought I'd say this but I'll miss him. He was one of a kind
