Brandon Harris has decided to forgo his Senior Year

Peterson and Amukamara are not the end all/be all at CB in this draft. There are other options, and there will, in my opinion, be better players coming out next year in Janoris Jenkins and possibly Jayron Hosley from VT. He's a sophomore and had 9 interceptions in 13 games this year.

I agree with this assessment. I want Peterson badly, BUT he's not Deion, or Rod Woodson. I wouldn't mind at all if the Cowboys go in a completely different direction in the 1st round and get somebody like Ras-I Dowling ( whom I'm very intrigued about ) in the 2nd or 3rd rnds.

Staying in school.

I know.. at the time I posted that, the thinking was that he was going to come out. He stated his intention shortly after that post. Scouts had him rated pretty high too ( 11th - 13th picks ) but I guess he didn't believe them.

Jenkins is not coming out. Returning to Florida for senior year.
