Maher has been solid for the Cowboys all season; so he should be afforded an off-day…if the Cowboys lost their lead to the Bucs and subsequently lost the game, Maher’s missed PATs wouldn’t be the sole reason.

Then let him have an " Off Day" in the reg season, This is the playoffs .

Off days in a playoff game decided by 3 points or less can send us home for good.

We're very fortunate, the game was pretty much out of reach , and did not come down to a Brady comeback to win the game by 3 points or less.

The team chooses where they want to kick it. They can also choose when going for two.
