We like our guys so much that we insist on paying some of them for two different contracts even after they are clearly washed up, and don't belong in the NFL anymore.

We draft well but NO Team can make it on just who they draft or bring is as UDFA
you have to use trades and FA
they dip their toes into trades but never into real FA and thus we will never get over the hump until this team USES ALL THE WEAPONS in acquiring talent
