Putting all the pieces together makes it seem like a long shot that he comes to Dallas. Preliminary numbers are always discussed before visits are scheduled. I doubt he likes what he’s hearing from Dallas and that’s why Jerry had to reach out and try and sell him. Now he’s taking other visits before Dallas? Don’t see it happening. He will get higher offers and Dallas won’t match because they are saving cap space to carry over and sign their own guys in the years to come. They are likely only interested if he comes cheap which he may not.

Why do so many fans want to believe this type of stuff.
There are a lot more factors to it than...just being cheap...another myth fans have about this team.

You’d expect at least one of those front offices to be well managed enough to sign him without him leaving having not…
If he does get to Dallas for his visit, he’ll be signed.

Beckham is doing a fantastic job pumping up his value. Whoever signs him will have paid too much. Dude is damaged goods and we have 2 star players at WR along with 3 solid TE’s and several young yet capable receivers like Noah. I can’t see how he provides anything other than a possible distraction.

If you look at Beckham’s stats it’s pretty apparent he’s a declining player with zero upside.

He does not sign here and that's ok. Problem is will be let down for some in the locker room and distraction.

Bills spent their $$$ on von Miller, unless they want to try to pull a LAR.
Giants, they need a WR real bad. I can see them offering a bigger contract.

Dallas, will depend on their offer as if they know what the other offers are or not.
The sticking point is OBJ wants a multi year deal. Now is that 2 or 3 years, we don't know.

He would be nice, but I don't think is a must have. But he could be that difference maker also.

Not sure there is really any intention to sign h.nete. Jerry is just wallowing in the media circus. Problem is, having hyped him up for six weeks as a player that could push us over the top, what do they tell the fan base and the rest of the team when he signs elsewhere? We were just to cheap to compete?

We do not have two star receivers.

There's a giant gap between Michael Gallup and a star receiver.

I may be generous in calling him a star player but saying there’s a giant gap is even more outlandish. Do you remember Gallup before last season? Dude is badass.

I honestly think we're better than Buffalo.
Better defense and when fully healthy a better overall offense. They have a better QB but I also think their path to the superbowl is way tougher. Outside of PHI and the 49ers the Cowboys have an easier path to the superbowl. Bills would have to go through KC, CIN, BAL and maybe even Miami

Michael "badass" Gallup career stats.

2018: 33-507-2
2019: 66-1,107-6
2020: 59-843-5
2021: 35-445-2

And this year 24-274-1 so far.

Even factoring in injury he's been a pretty ordinary top 3 WR on a team and light years from being a star WR.
