I was thinking like 1.5 million if that. Hes pretty much like Eddie George or Morris was when we signed them.
I thought I was being generous with $2 million.

The only way I want him here is in late November if the situation calls for it, and he has been sitting home staying in shape and not taking hits.

He can help in that scenario. Don’t care what they pay him.

It would be a complete distraction to bring him in as a “backup” headed into camp.

Don’t do it.

No one seems to want to think that Ronald Jones can do much of anything.

It all comes down to the OL anyway.

He's correct, Zeke is no longer a premier running back in the NFL therefore the days of getting $12 million per is no longer an option.... That simple.

Between 1 and 2 plus incentives. Even 4 million is ridiculous at this point.
Zeke would be good for cheap on a team like Philly with the best Oline in football if they understood he was a short yardage and GL type guy in a 3 or 4 RB rotation. Then his leadership and chemistry attributes would work.

Problem is he isnt willing to accept 5 or 6 carries a game.

Zeke will most likely accept a drastic cutdown in pay with another team, rather than with the Cowboys.

He's already rejected that proposal with us. Obviously, his pride took a big hit by that offer with Dallas.

...yep, that was a prideful mistake on his part with agent. Now, he looks bad trying to find a job possibly as backup.

I still think he will sign. Play. And surprise the haters.

Not 2016 surprise, obviously.... so don't misquote me and move the goal posts when the time comes.
