Shocker: hearing Bills strongly leaning toward claiming Merriman. Only way it doesn't happen is if they change their minds last minute.
If Bills put in the claim they get him bc of waiver order. Nothing official yet but 2 sources say they are doing it. See if they follow thru
I'm hearing now even stronger that bills gm buddy nix has gone as far as informing merriman he's claiming him

Looked into it, was told If Moss doesn't report to new team, team can serve 5-day letter. After 5 days, goes on reserve/did not report list.
Moss would then be sitting, unpaid, as the season went by. Some teams wouldn't mind this scenario, like I tweeted earlier.
