Dak is traded to Atlanta for Taylor Heinicke (9 mil) salary dump, the 13th overall pick and pick 120 a 4th.

CD is traded after he is 5th year optioned. To the Panthers for pick 33.

Cowboys trade picks with the Chiefs to move from 33 to 32 and get the 5th year option, a 2025 4th is the cost.

I was board waiting for Monday Night Football to start. Just brainstorming/having fun. It would be a quick rebuild and a way to move on from Dak; if it needs to be done.
It would reset the cap too in two years they could really through some money around in FA. After all the dead money cleared.

This FO lacks vision (amonst other things) and rocking the boat like this isnt in their DNA. I do think you are the right track with the O Line pick though.

Heinecke Wouldn't get snaps he would be a salary dump for the Falcons to take on Dak's new contract... This would be for Lance to get a year followed by Bo Nix if Lance sucked it up big time. I Don't think Dak is the worst QB in the world but I would never pay him 45+ a year that cripples the rest of the team.
