I think, no hope, Harris will get a raise and move up to an assistant DC as an enticement to stay. The secondary has shown his coaching influence the last couple of years. I think the DQ scheme screwed his rep a little with the big openings in the middle of the field. If the secondary looks good this year then give the guy a raise and sweeten his pot some.

I hope he's deserving, I'll be cheering for him of course. I'll gladly take a seat belt over the airbag we deploy in the playoffs as we crash and burn.

Nah, I dunno. I figure a coaching house cleaning absent a deep playoff run, which the front office didn’t seem to push to make happen.

The next upgrade for him is DC, which I can’t say he would be any good at. Don’t know…but what I do know is this team couldn’t buy a damn interception for a very long time and that changed once he got here.

Then again it’s probably 95% that Zimmer is the next HC, and maybe he and Harris hit it off. If we can keep him, tremendous. If other position coaches had the impact that he has had, things may be different around here.

Carson could start outside and Bland could move inside where he is better.

Didn’t he get promoted to Assistant HC back in March??

I would say 90% that BB is the next HC

Bland set an NFL record and was in the conversation for DPOY. How about we see if the kid can even play a lick before we go moving Bland?
