Sounds like the guy may have used her credit cards while he had her in the back of her car.

I've never met met Vi, but growing up in MD and as an avid Orioles fan I had the opportunity to meet Cal Sr., Cal Jr., and Billy numerous times. The Ripkens are like family for all Orioles fans. Hope they catch this clown.
