Can someone explain the fumbled snap by Gurode and Bledsoe?

Coach Parcells said that Gurode could've prevented it from happening? How so?

Made a call to change the line blocking assignments.

There was no way we could've blocked them in the line formation we were in? To me it just looked like they blew our players up.

No Gurode went left and left the guy in his face go free at QB/RB. Thats a total blown assignment/call. Can't get much more fundamental than that....

Its a damn shame that he can't consistently make the right calls cause he's a BIG, STRONG, PHYSICAL center. He blocks well when he blocks the right person..

Yes - But Gurode makes mental blunders. Thats the kind of mistake that results in a fumble, TD aor injury to our QB/RB.

We can't have that and be a Playoff team.

I dont see either of these guys starting at center next year. Parcells is constantly rotating trying to make either one of them happen, but it really seems like he's had it with either guy, and is already planning to replace them in the offseason. He hasnt said anything bad about Rivera that i've heard so I think that Rivera may still be recovering from the back injury, he's been ok but not anything near a pro bowl guard. Hopefully this is something that Rivera can recover from in the offseason, if not then he may just be too old and worn out.
