Can we avoid these types of players, and just get guys who love football??

Character guys- Guy that's had a history of making mistakes in college, maybe had a brush legally, immature, doesn't give his best effort. Teams say they have their personnel departments do a detailed check on these players, I'm not sure how good of a check they're doing.

Injured players- Had a major injury in college, misses a lot of games, still dealing with an injury during the draft period. We hopefully need to focus on guys that were available most of their college career. Yes injuries happen, but your best availability is your availability on Sundays!

Project Players- Player played FS all his college career and you're trying to turn him into a LB because of lack of signing players. Or putting a WR at QB because he played some in high school. Leave these players at their college position. Some guys do have position flex (cowboys terminology only**), that can play two positions, some are good and can handle it, some can't. Don't ruin their careers moving them around a lot.

Please give your thoughts

We can...the question is can Jerry?.....he thinks he is the smartest guy in the room, especially when the 2nd round is up.. If only they can just lock him in the bathroom until after the draft really. That would help. And SJ with him.
