I saw this live and loved it. I really miss Dez, he really was the only player that brought this type of intensity from recent memory. We don't have any players right now that bring this type of fight/enthusiasm to the game. I hoped Parsons would have evolved into that type of player, but he seems more interested in his podcast than being a vocal leader.

Would a bunch of grown men who already made it in the NFL be motivated by this?

This is along the same lines as how Irvin for WR coach, Aikman for QB coach, Witten for TE coach, etc feels when people say it.
