Just signed guys like Crayton and Gurode to extensions with decent bonuses. Gurodes snaps can be fixed with practice and coaching. Crayton can be told to shut up (he should be a 3rd receiver, possession guy, he's not an elite 2nd receiver-plus he shouldn't return punts).
We are getting up to the top of the cap with some holes to fill still.
We are even stuck with Roy Williams really, even if the team had lost patience and wanted to cut/trade him.
I think that lots of key personell decisions need to occur this offseason, and the problem might be our coaching and personnell staff might be being poached the who offseason.
I think this team needs to bring in some vets with proven success that can help mentor our young starts. We need to improve the stable of backs behind Barber. We need secondary help in a big way. We need some speed on D.
