"Catch" in Steelers-Bengals game

Dean Blandino says it should have been incomplete. I agree with him in this case, but can anyone explain how this is different than the Dez catch last year and why that was reversed and not this catch? If Blandino thought it was incomplete then why was it allowed to stand?

Steelers = Indisputable evidence required (I think this was met IMO).

Coeboys = Can be made to sound plausible to the uninformed required.

Call up Blandino and ask him to define what is or isn't a completed pass. I'll bet he can't do it.
