CBS' Ryan Wilson dd a 3 round mock draft today
Here are the results and the link

24) Tyler Linderbaum, OC/OG, Iowa
"Tyler Biadasz was good at times last season but there's certainly room for upgrading the interior OL. And if Tyler Linderbaum is still on the board, this is a layup for the front office. Linderbaum is one of the best offensive linemen, even at center, and he could certainly go much higher than this."

56) Travis Jones, DT, UConn

88) Calvin Austin III, WR, Memphis

I'll ask the same question as I did in the earlier thread.........what are we doing about LG? Linderbaum is NOT a flex OLman.....he can only play center.

Upgrade OC and McGovern would be 'good enough' at LG.
- However, the OC upgrade should be a power player, not an undersize technician with great quickness.
- I reviewed 3 or the 4 starts that McGovern made at LG last season. If he was between prime years Tyron and Frederick, he would have been 'good enough'.

I am not sure why people keep picking Linderbaum for Dallas. As good of a player as he is, he really isn't what Dallas needs with its current OL.

I would take that but I might take Zion Johnson with the first pick if he was there.

They have Desmond Ridder going at pick 90.
That would surprise me.

Even without an obvious pass rusher, I’d take this one and be happy.

if this happens. then we are sitting golden.

most of our issues came from center position, who had no power, often confused. we tried two different guards and same results. Linderbaum is our next fredrick. we can draft a guard in the 3rd or 4th.

Love it!!

Do you really think this line can be fixed in one year? Only thing we could do is play Mcgovern or sign a FA guard. Neither options I like either, but if we get frederick type center this year that would be incredible.

Is there any lineman you have EVER seen that wasnt good enough? Or is it just the ones with the star that are good enough?

McGovern isnt good enough.

This is the kind of thinking that brought us Taco. Watt wasn't a 'scheme fit' for us. But turns out, scheme fit is garbage when the player is elite.

Passing on Linderbaum for these silly things will be a huge mistake.

In 2 years Linderbaum will be a pro Bowl center and one of the very best in the league. If hes on the board at 24 you can go ahead and order your Cowboys Linderbaum jerseys.

Fwiw, there are rumors that Zach could move to LG so McGovern can play on the right side where he was at least average. If that is a possibility then Linderbaum at 24 makes much more sense.

There are not rumors. You heard Broaddus speculate.
