Charean Williams: The chances of them hiring an OC they don't or w/o HC experience is slim to none

In other words....it's going be either someone Jerry/Stephen personally knows OR someone they regard for coz he has some serious experience ( like Super Bowl )

I'm taking it that Charean is only asserting that Ben Johnson was never going to make the menu.

They, of course, have had association with Aaron Glenn.

Yeah it's really funny how Jerry obviously sees us as somehow "above" hiring even the best coordinator prospect, it always has to be a name former HC or someone in house.

What a clown.

If it's not Kellen, it's Gruden. Jerry has the franchise invested in the QB whoever comes in is going to be offensive, and someone they know.

Jerry is such a clown if this is true. He’s like a poor stock trader, “buy the rumor, sell the news”…not buying until it’s news and then it’s too late. He wants an old guy with a track record, ignoring the fact they aren’t good enough anymore and the game has passed them bye. In house? The organization has been a laughingstock for decades and yet that is the pool you wanna pull from? So hard to give two s***s about this team anymore. Legit feel bad for the players. They have to trade winning for money to be here. Don’t blame them for asking for max.

It's the same brain dead mentality towards talent. Our guys are the greatest.
