Chevy Blazer HELP.

My Mom just took the Blazer to the store. It is raining.. she said when she was leaving she saw the 4WD lo light on. She pushed the 2wd button, but it just flashed. The blazer is a 2003.. Haven't tried putting it in reverse yet..

i'll find my manual and get back to you, what version of the blazer does she have?

Edit: it could also be the computer recognizing the ground was wet due to the lack of traction so it switched to 4wheel drive low (high is for snow if i remember).

S10-Blazer 2003 4WD. Yeah thats what I figured..

I can't get it back into 2wd. Is there a trick to it? Oh and I have the push button switch.

PROBLEM SOLVED. I put it in neutral, pressed 2wd, then backed up about 20 ft.
