A small school prospect from hampton, he's 6-2, 305 lbs and he finished the season with 16.5 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks. Kendall Langford is a starter on Miami (from Hampton) and a rookie, so Baker may actually be able to contribute early.
He was a decent player fro Penn State before transferring totalling 8 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks as a sophomore.
