Those tie joint injuries are a lot nastier than it sounds. The old turf toe stuff that people used to laugh about obviously never had it. Extremely painful but that big toe joint is what you use to push off with whether it’s walking or running.

Hopefully this isn’t a super long issue for Edoga.

Especially very bad for a big old Olineman. I won't be surprised if it forces Edoga on season long lost IR. Worse if he gets cut as a numbers crunch because of his age and duration of time this toe joint and nerve injury might cost him.

...you can almost feel what happened. Likely some 300lb lineman stepped on this toe.

Sounds like he'll be out longer. On bright side it occurred now, has some time to play with.

Looking like a lost season for Edoga. Nothing heals as slowly as the big toe. And re-aggravating such an injury is practically inevitable without a very lengthy absence (3-6 months).

He might as well be out for having "dislocated NFL player syndrome". Dude is a turn-style and gets hurt if a mosquito lands on him.

Once again the football Gods said we didn't get Guyton for nothing!! We knew nobody wanted Chuma in there anyways, this was the only way to get him out!!
