This season is like a balding man trying to hang on a few more weeks

Will be interesting to see how we contain Chase
try again that's a terrible analogy I don't get it you go bald gradually and because you're going bald gradually it gives you lots of times to come to grips with reality that's not what happened this year...

this 2020 all over again, just fell off a Cliff really fast overnight this is more like a train wreck...

So there's no hanging on this just a mirage they think they see water and food and a paradise for a few more weeks but it's nothing like a bald man people going ball and see it coming slowly and gradually and each day they look in the mirror they can come to grips of what they happen to look like so you got to come up with a better analogy than that'll.

4-8? vs 5-7

Yaes....

But I find ironic from our fan base somehow everyone's saying how this is gonna be another blowout how we're coming up against a team we can't beat or slow down and that we shouldn't be picking the Cowboys the irony is they're the four and eight team and I realize their offense has a lot of firepower but they're four and eight for a reason just like we're five and seven for a reason so just thought the irony was kind of thick there that we should be watching out for the Bengals no they're the same old bungles they just happen to have an offense that's getting hot right now but we've seen that office before pretty much the same offense in my opinion last time we saw them they were a better team and Cooper rush beat them so I just wanted to make sure people had the facts straight....

So who knows what's gonna go on tonight it's really not predictable it isn't we've been really bad at home except for the giants game on Thanksgiving but are we due for one or we just go.... still pulling for the cowboys to win....

Will the sun be a factor?
Nope not at all matter of fact they should try to open the roof again it's gonna be a beautiful night like 74 high today that means in the evening it's gonna be in the 50s I think it's gonna be clear it'll be a perfect time to open up the roof and this time hope nothing falls off it...

. By the way there were shots taken from the Longhorns versus Georgia and the SEC championship game over there at the stadium which by the way I believe was built before hours or after hours I don't I don't remember but the Mercedes-Benz I believe stadium guess what they had that's why I was looking at some pictures and still pictures people took they actually have some windows that while the sun was going down before that game started they were showing people coming into the stadium and literally had the same glare coming through it...

However I gotta tell you it gets old talking about it because I've watched teams have to play in massive snowstorms some combined with bad weather like high winds they can't even throw the football they slip all over the place it's bad to watch a lot of the time sometimes it has to be cancelled and move somewhere else I've seen slippery turf divots bad turf slow turf high turf muddy turf I mean you have to play in weather and the sun in the outdoor stadium actually is in people's eyes I realize there's a slight difference but why is this a thing this is what Jerry said it is it's part of our stadium and it happens in three games a year but only about 3 plays where the angle is just right to have that magnifying glass effect it is not a big deal and yet people still argue over the curtains I say Jerry's right when you come here you know it and it's rare it bothers the teams on each side no more than the punters who thought they can get the center field TV's they were gonna be in the way of kicking and punting and they turned out not to be...

Every stadium has its quirks and I've seen worse I mean that Washington turf that we just played at whatever their field is called they purposely left it long it was very soft it was hard to plant and it affected the kickers and the snappers for some reason but it was very difficult for people to get their footing it was that was more of a effect on a game than any of the glare that's ever come through the Cowboys AT&T...

If we hold the Bengals under 20, we have a real chance.
If we hold the Bengals around 24, we have a very small chance and should at least be in the game.
Anything over 24, and we have no chance unless the defense and special teams put up at least 14.

It's not just Cooper Rush, just as it wasn't just Dak, the offense is severely undermanned when it comes to playmakers.
In Rush's games:
  • 1 TD in a half vs Atlanta
  • 0 TD's vs Philly
  • 1 TD vs Houston
  • 2 TD's vs Washington
  • 2 TD's vs NY
That includes short fields due to turnovers and special teams returns and against some defenses that have had their own struggles.
This offensive roster is flawed. You can blame Dak and Rush, but you'd be wrong; you can blame the play-calling, but you'd be wrong.
The real problem is no playmakers outside of Lamb. No speed, quickness, or anything special at WR and no speed or receiving threat at RB. That makes the offense easy to defend, and it limits Lamb's own playmaking.

I'm listening to sports talk radio out of Cincy.

"They have Cee Dee Lamb and nobody else on offense, what if they still put up 35 points tonight...will we finally see coaching changes for this defense?"

......IF Dallas wins, they'll continue riding the gravy train.

Playing with back up QB and winning. Doesn't get better.
