Clear® internet Dallas?

When I left Dallas three years ago I don't recall Clear® being one of the options for internet service. I am just doing a little research to determine if they are worth trying out.

Anyone here use Clear® and have an opinion they want to share?

I had Clearwire when I first moved to my last house. I think Clearwire now goes by Clear.

Clearwire was terrible. I had them for about a month. Couldn't handle it. Of course, some of that had to do with online gaming. It wasn't fast enough to let me play without lagging.

I don't know anything about Clear, but I want to take this time to warn you to stay awaaaaaaay from Hughesnet. I had the unfortunate experience of having to use them for 6 months...............what a horrible waste of money that was. I have AT&T now and it's pretty good. I still miss my Comcast internet service I had back in PA. That was so fast it was like flipping through a magazine when you surfed the web.
