& Punk is now using his theme song from ROH.

People that think WWE are doing some amazing revolutionary thing are mistaking, this is the exact gimmick Punk used in ROH. Infact he hyped he was leaving, signed a 2 month extension & had a 2 month run as ROH champion before he left. Some WWE writer just was watching some old ROH tapes and realized how amazing ROH is. If I was ROH i'd be calling up some lawyers trying to get a slice of the millions this will draw.

Yup this is what I expected from him when I first heard CM Punk was going to the WWE but they never used him properly. Now its all epic.

Way to soon, i suspect they have Cena beat him at Summer slam now, Punk will take a long break and it will be back to business as usual. Having him come back this fast is the first step in completely ruining what has been up until this point the best storyline they've had in something like a decade

as in ROH, this is the 2nd "Summer of Punk". He's now using the same theme song he used in roh.

I think any Punk is better than none...and it means money for them when he's involved. And Cena is rarely without a belt. They use to do the same with Edge. He'd be out for months injured...come back & win a belt almost immediately. That stuff got stale a long time ago for me. Same guys being champ all the time...

no...nobody deserves a belt right after they return from injury...work your way back. But this is lala land & they do stuff like that. It's not meant to make common sense. I get that but it's grown stale.

Guess we disagree there, Edge was the best WWE performer since HBK, and HBK's reign lasted from the late 80s to 2010. Edge's 2010 to 2011. Well see how long Punks reign lasts.
