Coach Sumlin fires his pool guy via twitter

I hope Sumlin was serious and I don't blame him. I would be pissed if some guy working for me on my property tweeted to all the world something I was doing in the privacy of my own home, even something as innocuous as making a phone call.

He broke the well known client/pool cleaner confidentiality agreement.

Yep. Now he'll have to deal with the National Pool Cleaners Union. It's his own fault thou so I have no sympathy for him.

The good news, however, is that ATM has a Student Assistant that is now in need of work and looking for a job so this may work out well for Sumlin.

Good life lesson for the pool cleaner. Mind your own business...

does seem harsh on the face of it, but on reflection that is rather an invasion of privacy at a pretty high level.

i am sure the kid meant no harm but almost any employee reporting on the activities of their employer would end up out of work before long.

sumlin needs to get a pool guy that doesn't speak english or at least one that doesn't tweet.
