I’m happy. We are now drafting #12 instead of 16-17. If SF beats Arizona, we might move to #11. Over the course of 7 rounds, that’s huge. I would have been happy for a couple of days over a meaningless win against a backup QB.

Instead, I‘ll be happy for 8 months knowing our team outplayed Quinn’s starters for most of the game, forced him to pull his starting QB due to sacks, and now have a very good draft slot in all 7 rounds in April.

Agree under normal circumstances but Dallas really had nothing to gain by winning. Losing will move them up in the draft but not that many slots.

Lmao. MM is a puppet like the others. The team stinks from the head down. Until JJ steps away from coaching and simply hires. HC and let’s him do what HC does then it’s gonna be the same.

We can have talented players and Coordinators but they get hamstrung by a HC that has to do things that JJ wants. And when you have a playcaller that calls the same predictable plays with no motion or anything that makes a defense guess or be confused then it’s about executing the same plays despite them knowing. Having a run game but making a QB throw the ball way too many times. We have seen this with JG for years and now another HC in MM. Makes me wonder if JJ isn’t actually calling the plays.

This offseason MM said Luekpe was gonna be more involved in the Offense. I didn’t see that until today. And he played his part well. We have players on this team that can contribute but we don’t see it until they are one of the only players left.

If you truly have an owner that is so involved you have to go over a game plan with him then you have no HC. That lets the owner make changes to something he don’t know anything about except how much he is playing them and we all know JJ wants his money on the field..

It won't be the deciding factor in Big Mac's situation. His contract expires January 14. By then Booger has drank so much JW Blue he can't remember McCarthy's his coach.
