Coach Knight and Digger Phelps were pitted against one another. Each was "coaching" one side of the Baylor squad. They put 5 seconds on the clock to see what they would do for a last second shot.
Coach Knight told one of the Baylor players in the huddle that he saw him shoot his *** off the other night, so do it again. He drew up the play. Digger put his team in a 2-3 zone. Knight's team couldn't get a shot off.
Coach Knight told Digger he called a "chicken**** defense." The mic caught it all on the air. Hilarious. You can't put him back on the court and expect him to be self-censored lol.
