Ben Roethlisberger-QB- Steelers Apr. 13 - 5:04 pm et

Although Roger Goodell met with Ben Roethlisberger on Tuesday, the commissioner is not expected to hand down a suspension in the near future.

NFL Senior VP of Public Relations Greg Aiello indicated that the league will review the facts and "follow up at the appropriate time" as they do in all incidents relating to the personal conduct policy. While Roethlisberger escapes immediate suspension from the NFL, the Steelers are fully expected to sit him down for a game or two.

He's seems to let the franchises do the deed and i'm sure the Steelers will step in and impose a "sit down" for Ben. Probably not more than a game or 2 but i'd be surprised if they didn't act soon.

What a surprise.

He either liked what Ben had to say, or he has no balls.

I'm willing to bet the latter.

NFL Live said Goodell would review all the fact and later this week or next week hand down a punishment. Personally I think will get suspended for 2 to 4 games.

OR....he's diligently waiting to see if more information becomes available. If this thing from Boston blows up, I'd be willing to bet Goodell puts him out of commission for a good amount of time.
