We were reviewing the design for a new indoor pool for a rich doctor in town. We explained to him that the ventilation systems and wall construction in the current design were not correct for an indoor pool environment. We tried to explain the issues that would arise over time. The doctor did not care and was more than happy proceeding with the flawed approach. He stated that if anything happens down the road he would deal with it then. This is the decision of a man who has nothing to lose, he has no one holding him accountable and he has unlimited money to throw at problems as they come up. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
